Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn Coaching seeks a Studio Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and lead the sales team in Seattle. You will drive membership sales, renewals, retail, and concessions while coaching staff on selling techniques, member experience, and studio flow.

Coordinate with Regional Sales & Ops, develop a high-energy culture, manage hiring/onboarding, and ensure brand standards and exceptional customer service across the studio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2+ years experience in a Manager/Assistant Manager role.
• Previous sales leadership and customer service experience.
• Experience in a quota-bearing structure preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required, either on hire or within 90 days of employment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of new hires.
• Train, develop, and coach sales staff with Regional Manager.
• Manage sales staff workflow throughout the day.
• Lead in-studio contests and incentive programs to drive results.
• Ensure front desk processes: member check-in, inquiries, registrations, cash handling, and delinquent accounts.
