Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking an energetic Studio Manager to lead our massage and skincare studio. You will drive memberships, service sales, and client retention while coaching a high-energy team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in management within spa or wellness and can leverage Mindbody for scheduling and operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail, spa, wellness, or related customer-focused industry.
• Experience in sales management, operations management, or studio/spa management is preferred.
• Knowledge of Mindbody or other appointment scheduling/POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of therapists and staff.
• Drive membership and service sales, manage monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences and client retention.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and client flow.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; adjust strategies as needed.
