Job summary

Elements Massage® is seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to lead sales and operations for a wellness massage therapy studio. You will oversee guest experience, staff scheduling, reporting, and implement streamlined processes to grow revenue.

The role requires proven leadership, strong communication, customer-service focus, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment; MindBody software experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to sales/operations leadership.
• Excellent leadership and ability to lead a team efficiently.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, set goals, and delegate.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with project management skills.
• Flexible days/hours with nights, weekends and holidays.
