Job summary

BODYROK Tampa Bay is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our Mt. Juliet studio's launch and ongoing success. You will nurture an exceptional client and team experience, uphold BODYROK standards, and drive memberships and community engagement.

You will oversee operations, inventory, scheduling, and vendor relations while mentoring Studio Advisors and collaborating with the Area Operations Manager to deliver a high-energy, hospitality-focused studio culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or operations leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to support sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions independently.
• Experience with MindBody or similar scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional client experience and consistent execution of BODYROK standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment at all times.
• Manage studio inventory, place supply orders, and ensure retail displays are stocked.
• Coordinate vendor relationships including cleaning, maintenance, HVAC, and equipment servicing.
• Maintain studio email, voicemail, client accounts, scheduling accuracy, and other admin duties.
• Provide regular reporting on studio performance, inventory, and initiatives to the Area Operations Manager.
