BODYROK Las Vegas is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our market, drive growth, and deliver exceptional member experiences in a clean, friendly studio environment.

The role entails recruiting and developing instructors, managing daily operations, monitoring metrics, overseeing payroll, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations, and partnering with leadership to execute strategic initiatives for expansion.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong Studio Instructors team
• Coach, conduct performance reviews, and recognize strong performance
• Lead studio meetings to review performance and provide guidance
• Oversee team recognition programs and morale
• Monitor revenue, membership growth, retention, and payroll efficiency
• Collaborate with corporate to drive sales and events
• Oversee daily studio operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Ensure inventory control, retail merchandising and transfers
• Manage payroll, time/ labor and instructor scheduling
• Prepare utilization and maintenance reports; ensure policy compliance
• Ensure Mindbody, NetGym, FitGrid and company systems are used properly
