Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of Studio Instructors.
• Monitor business metrics and drive sales through events and partnerships.
• Oversee daily studio operations and ensure a clean, friendly environment.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and time/ labor processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain policy compliance and systems usage.
