BODYROK Las Vegas is seeking a Studio Manager to lead the Las Vegas market, drive performance and growth, and ensure exceptional client experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop a diverse team, uphold BODYROK standards, and partner with leadership to execute market initiatives. This full-time role emphasizes strong operations, sales, and team culture in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong Studio Instructors team aligned with company goals and values.
• Coach, conduct planning sessions and performance reviews; recognize strong performance and apply discipline when needed.
• Lead regular studio meetings to review performance, provide direction and motivation toward goals.
• Oversee team recognition programs (e.g., employee appreciation, birthdays, milestones).
• Monitor key business metrics and develop action plans to improve revenue, memberships, retention, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Corporate/partners to drive sales via outside leads and onsite events.
• Oversee all daily studio operations and ensure a clean, friendly environment.
• Ensure retail is merchandised and transfers follow policy; maintain inventory reports.
• Manage time and labor protocols, payroll, and commissions.
• Prepare reports on operations and ensure policy compliance; ensure use of Mindbody, NetGym, FitGrid.

The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and success of the Las Vegas market. This role oversees both studio operations and fitness functions, ensuring exceptional client experiences, strong team development, operational excellence, and adherence to BODYROK brand standards.

As a leader in the Las Vegas market, the Studio Manager is accountable for the studio's financial performance, team culture, member experience, and execution of company initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between the Las Vegas team and company leadership while helping prepare the market for future expansion.

The Studio Manager recruits, hires, trains, develops, and schedules a diverse team and provides leadership and direction to ensure the team achieves goals.This position is responsible for communicating and upholding company policies, and standards and delivering on our commitment to a clean, friendly, and well-maintained studio.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of Studio Instructors that deliver on company goals and reflect its values
• Train, coach, and conduct planning sessions and performance reviews. Recognize strong performance and discipline when necessary
• Conduct sufficient studio meetings to review performance and offer direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals
• Oversee team recognition programs (e.g. employee appreciation, birthdays, and milestones)

Business Performance & Sales

• Monitor key business metrics, including revenue, membership growth, intro conversion, utilization, retention, payroll efficiency, retail sales, client satisfaction, and instructor retention; develop action plans to improve performance where needed.
• Collaborate with Corporate and partnership managers to drive sales through outside lead generation and monthly onsite events

Studio Operations & Member Experience

• Oversee all daily studio operations
• Monitor studio appearance and ensure that problems are resolved quickly at all times and deliver a clean, friendly, and well-maintained environment
• Ensure that retail is optimally merchandised, and displayed and transfers take place according to company policy and procedure
• Responsible for proper inventory receiving and inventory control activities per company guidelines. Prepare inventory reports
• Management of third-party janitorial service

Staff Scheduling, Payroll & Coverage

• Responsible for scheduling of Studio Instructors
• Responsible for covering instructor no shows
• Oversee Time and labor protocol to company standards
• Oversee payroll & commissions

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare reports and communications regarding studio operations as needed (e.g. supply logs, maintenance logs, production reports, and utilization reports)
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment practices.
• Ensure proper use of Mindbody, NetGym, FitGrid, and all company systems

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in the studio; move about studio floors and rooms; review, revise, and create studio paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
• The employee occasionally sits, walks, kneels, and reaches with hands and arms

Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts
• The noise level in the environment is loud
• Ability to work a varied schedule to support the needs of the business, including frequent extended workdays, weekends, and holidays may be required

Travel:

• Must provide own transportation to and from studio

• Salary includes requirement of 12 classes per week
