Job summary

Club Pilates North Edmond is seeking a motivated Studio Manager to lead a sales-driven team and deliver an exceptional member experience in a busy Edmond studio. You will drive revenue, supervise Sales Associates and front desk operations, build connections within the Edmond community, and partner with neighboring studios to ensure consistent service, growth, and a welcoming environment for members.

• Previous management experience in fitness, retail, or service industries.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute monthly sales goals to meet studio targets.
• Convert prospects into members through follow-up and membership options.
• Lead by example and coach Sales Associates and front desk staff.
• Oversee lead management, outreach, and timely follow-up.
• Plan and execute community partnerships and studio events.
• Oversee daily studio operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and Yukon Studio Manager to align across studios.
