Job summary

Club Pilates in Aurora seeks a confident Studio Manager with a passion for people, sales, and community growth. You will supervise Sales, Operations, and Member Services, with the Studio Manager reporting to the District Manager and a team of Member Support Specialists.

You must have 2+ years in sales and leadership, strong communication, and the ability to drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SALES experience in retail, restaurant, fitness, or hotel.
• 2+ years of Leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into free introductory class
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Manage staff schedule
• Ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable - Member Support Specialists
• Proficiency in Club Ready, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned
