Position Overview

Club Pilates North Edmond is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Studio Manager who enjoys achieving goals, developing a team, building relationships, and creating an exceptional member experience.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes initiative, leads by example, and accepts ownership of both results and day-to-day execution. The Studio Manager is responsible for driving revenue, supervising the studio’s Sales Associates and front desk operations, building connections within the Edmond community, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly.

The Studio Manager reports directly to the Regional Manager. This role works closely with the studio’s Lead Instructor and partners with the Yukon Studio Manager to support strong execution and consistency across both OKC locations.

About Club Pilates

Club Pilates is a leading boutique fitness studio offering group Reformer Pilates classes for a wide range of ages and fitness levels. We are passionate about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more connected in a supportive, energetic environment.

We believe a great studio experience comes from more than strong operations and sales. It also requires consistency, hospitality, and a team that makes people feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Studio Growth
  • Own and execute monthly sales goals - with a focus on meeting and exceeding studio targets.
  • Convert prospects into loyal members through strong follow-up, relationship-building, and a clear understanding of membership options.
  • Lead from the front by demonstrating effective sales strategies and maintaining personal accountability for results.
  • Oversee lead management, outreach, and follow-up to ensure opportunities are handled consistently and promptly.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Sales Associates and front desk team.
  • Support revenue growth across memberships, retail, private training, and studio events.
  • Help improve member retention through consistent communication, relationship-building, and a strong overall experience.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners to increase studio visibility, collaboration, referrals, and grassroots marketing opportunities.
  • Help plan and execute community partnerships, promotional events, and studio activities.
Member Experience and Retention
  • Create a welcoming, upbeat, and professional environment for members and prospective members.
  • Build genuine relationships that support member satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist members with account questions, membership upgrades, freezes, and other requests.
  • Address concerns promptly and professionally, using good judgment and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Help ensure the studio experience feels polished, personal, and consistent each day.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Train, coach, and motivate Sales Associates to perform at a high level.
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for sales, service, follow-up, and operational responsibilities.
  • Foster a positive, dependable, and team-oriented culture.
  • Lead by example and step in wherever needed to support the team and studio.
  • Work closely with the Lead Instructor on workshops, events, social media, and other member-facing initiatives.
  • Partner effectively with the Yukon Studio Manager, Regional Manager, and broader leadership team to support alignment and consistency across studios.
Studio Operations
  • Oversee the studio’s daily operations and ensure the space is clean, organized, stocked, maintained, and ready for members.
  • Manage Sales Associate schedules, inventory, supplies, and other day-to-day operational needs.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges before they become larger problems.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to spending, personnel matters, incident reporting, safety, and compliance.
  • Recognize what can be handled directly at the studio level and what should be escalated to leadership or coordinated with an outside vendor.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across the studio environment, member experience, sales process, and team execution.
Qualifications
  • Previous management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, hospitality, wellness, or another service-based industry.
  • Strong sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound judgment when handling policies, personnel matters, and day-to-day decisions.
  • Experience with lead management, grassroots marketing, events, community outreach, social media support, or local partnership development is strongly preferred.
