Job summary

Mantra Fitness in Florida seeks a Studio Manager to lead a single location, combining operations, staff development, and a premium member experience. You will own daily execution, drive sales, and ensure safety and brand standards are upheld.

You will schedule front desk coverage, support instructors, foster community partnerships, and report KPIs weekly. Base salary ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 with a performance bonus potential; frequent early mornings, evenings, and weekend availability

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing operations or team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using ClubReady, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the studio according to established SOPs.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach front desk staff.
• Set clear expectations around customer service, hospitality, and professionalism.
• Lead regular staff meetings and team huddles.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and address gaps directly.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ownership.
