Job summary

YogaSix Riverstone is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a high-energy team, drive membership growth, and manage day-to-day studio operations. You will oversee Wellness Advisors and Teachers, execute local marketing, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

This hands-on role rewards performance with monthly commissions and bonuses, and includes complimentary studio memberships, discounts, and a collaborative culture. In-person work location in Sugar Land, TX with a focus on community impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience (fitness/wellness preferred).
• Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets.
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, some weekends).

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals.
• Oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors; develop the Teacher team.
• Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence.
• Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events; support social media and community engagement.
• Represent YogaSix Riverstone locally; ensure welcoming member experiences and studio cleanliness.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting; track KPIs; align with brand standards.

As one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands in the country, we're looking for a General Manager who's ready to take ownership and lead from the front.

Position Overview

The Studio Manager is the heartbeat of the studio. You'll lead a team of Wellness Advisors and Teachers, drive membership sales, manage operations, and build a strong, positive culture. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you're responsible for the studio's overall performance, member experience, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Membership Growth

• Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals
• Oversee lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies

Build & Develop a High-Performing Team

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors
• Support and develop the Teacher team
• Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and excellence

Lead Local Marketing Efforts

• Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events
• Support social media and community engagement initiatives
• Represent YogaSix Riverstone within the local community

Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience

• Ensure every member and guest feels welcomed and supported
• Oversee class quality, front-desk operations, and studio cleanliness

Oversee Daily Studio Operations

• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting
• Track KPIs to ensure the studio is performing at its highest level
• Maintain alignment with YogaSix brand standards
