YogaSix in Glen Mills, PA is seeking an energetic Assistant Studio Manager to join our growing team and help lead a vibrant, community-driven studio. This role blends wellness with leadership, requiring you to support daily operations, drive membership sales and renewals, recruit and train front desk staff and instructors, and oversee class scheduling and studio calendar coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in fitness, wellness, or retail management/supervision.
• Strong sales acumen with ability to meet membership and revenue targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a positive studio culture.
• Proficiency with studio management software (Mindbody or similar) is a plus.
