YogaSix Wayne Studio is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive membership growth and lead our front desk team. You’ll inspire members, conduct tours, and help reach monthly revenue goals with a passion for fitness and people.

You’ll oversee day-to-day sales operations, follow up with leads, and support local marketing while ensuring an exceptional member experience. Flexible schedule and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive results.
• Experience with CRM or membership management software is a plus.

In this role, you'll help lead sales efforts, inspire members to begin their wellness journey, and support the studio in reaching its full potential. Responsibilities:

• Drive membership sales and meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
• Assist in managing and motivating the front desk and sales team

Requirements:
