YogaSix Downers Grove is seeking a driven Assistant Sales Manager to help grow membership and deliver an exceptional studio experience. You will partner with the Studio Manager to lead front-desk operations, coach team members, and implement sales initiatives to meet monthly targets.

The role offers commissions/bonuses, complimentary classes, and retail discounts, with growth opportunities within a fast-growing boutique fitness brand.

Qualifications

• 12 years of sales, fitness, or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: Assist in executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Support Studio Operations: Oversee front-desk activity, ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, and maintain a welcoming environment
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience: Build relationships with prospective and current members, guide them on classes and memberships
• Lead and Motivate Staff: Train and coach Wellness Advisors, set daily goals, and model exceptional customer service and sales behavior
• Track and Report Performance: Maintain records of sales metrics and member engagement, contribute to planning sessions

We're seeking a driven and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at the Downers Grove studio and help us bring the power of yoga to our growing community.

About the Role

As Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving studio growth, supporting sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both new and existing members. You will work closely with the Studio Manager to lead front-desk operations, build relationships, and meet membership goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Membership Sales: Assist in executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Support Studio Operations: Oversee front-desk activity, ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience: Build relationships with prospective and current members, respond to inquiries, and provide knowledgeable guidance about our classes and memberships
• Lead and Motivate Staff: Help train and coach Wellness Advisors, set daily goals, and model exceptional customer service and sales behavior
• Track and Report Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales metrics and member engagement, and contribute to planning and strategy sessions

Who You Are

• A proactive problem-solver with 12 years of sales, fitness, or retail management experience
• Passionate about health, wellness, and the positive impact of yoga
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment
• Excellent communicator, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working toward goals and motivated by performance-based incentives
• Hourly pay of $18$20 per hour, based on experience
