Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a passionate Studio Manager to elevate member experience and act as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. You will oversee studio operations, lead a performance-driven sales team, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional service.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• Experience in sales, retail or fitness environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall studio operations with support from Regional Leadership.
• Lead a studio sales team to meet membership goals and KPIs.
• Interview, hire and onboard new sales associates.
• Analyze P&L and other financial statements.
• Create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
• Maintain an enthusiastic, energetic and friendly demeanor.
• Address member concerns professionally and promptly.
• Plan and execute studio marketing and outreach events.
• Show passion for health and wellness in the community.
• Lead by example as a collaborative team player.

Life of a Studio Manager at Orangetheory

• Managing overall studio operations with the support of Regional Leadership
• Leading a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other KPIs
• Interviewing, hiring and onboarding new sales associates
• Analyzing and managing P&Ls and other financial statements
• Creating and managing work schedules for the sales team
• Exhibiting an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor
• Handling member’s concerns in a professional and objective manner
• Creating and executing studio marketing and outreach events

Are you Qualified?

• 3-5 years of management experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred)
• Experience in a customer facing role (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
