Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations and act as a brand ambassador for the OTF community. You will guide a sales team, drive membership growth, and ensure exceptional member experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior sales/retail or fitness experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment (preferred).
• Experience in a customer facing role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studio operations with the support of Regional Leadership.
• Lead a studio sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and other KPIs.
• Interview, hire and onboard new sales associates.
• Analyze and manage P&Ls and other financial statements.
• Create and manage work schedules for the sales team.
• Exhibit an energetic, personable demeanor and positive member engagement.
• Address members' concerns in a professional and objective manner.
• Create and execute studio marketing and outreach events.
• Demonstrate passion for health and wellness in the community.
• Lead by example as a collaborative team player.

• Managing overall studio operations with the support of Regional Leadership
