Job summary

BÜNDA in Palm Beach County is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a new studio from the ground up. You will drive pre-sale activities, recruit and onboard the opening team, and build a thriving membership base from day one.

The role emphasizes hands-on sales, community outreach, partnerships, and staff development, with a focus on delivering an exceptional member experience and a high-performing, energetic studio culture.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, sales, and people-management skills.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based business preferred.
• Pre-sale and/or new studio opening experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sale process and drive founding membership sales.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and member experience.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop the opening studio team.
• Build relationships within the Palm Beach County community.
• Coach the team on sales processes and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilites

• Help lead the pre-sale process leading up to the studio opening
• Drive founding membership sales and lead conversion
• Support grassroots marketing, community outreach, partnerships, and local events
• Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop the opening studio team
• Build strong relationships within the Palm Beach County community
• Help create a strong studio culture from day one
• Drive membership sales and studio revenue
• Lead the team in achieving monthly sales, conversion, and retention goals
• Coach and develop team members on sales processes and follow-up
• Maintain a strong understanding of studio performance and key metrics
• Identify opportunities to increase leads, conversions, retention, and overall studio growth
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to studio standards and goals
• Create a positive, energetic, and results-driven environment
• Lead by example and maintain a strong presence within the studio

Studio Operations & Member Experience

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations
• Ensure every member and guest receives an exceptional and consistent experience
• Maintain high standards for studio appearance, organization, and operations
• Build relationships with members and create a strong sense of community

What we are looking for

• Strong leadership, sales, and people-management skills
• Experience managing a fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based business preferred
• Pre-sale and/or new studio opening experience strongly preferred
• Personal training, strength training, or fitness experience is a plus
• Proven ability to drive sales and work toward performance goals
• Experience recruiting, training, motivating, and developing a team
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness, community, and delivering an exceptional client experience
