Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga in Chicago seeks a Studio Manager to inspire student communities and empower teachers, guiding operations and growth with a focus on quality classes and member satisfaction.

You will lead sales initiatives, manage budgets, mentor staff, and develop recruitment and retention strategies, while celebrating team successes in a fast-paced, autonomous role.

Qualifications

• Prior team leadership experience, including training and providing feedback to team members.
• Strong communication skills and desire to lead within Ritual culture.
• 200 Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the studio’s operations and culture.
• Maintain studio vibrancy and drive continuous improvement.
• Achieve sales targets and manage studio budgets.
• Ensure high-quality classes and member experience.

At Ritual Hot Yoga, Studio Managers play pivotal roles in inspiring student communities and empowering teachers. They are responsible for overseeing every aspect of our luxury studio, from maintaining its vibrancy to driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include achieving sales metrics, managing budgets, ensuring high-quality classes, and developing strategies for member recruitment and retention. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way.

Qualified applicants should have prior team leadership experience, including training and providing feedback to team members, and leading sales strategies. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to lead within the Ritual culture are essential. While a 200 Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus, it is not required.
