Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga in Chicago seeks a Studio Manager to lead our luxury studio, inspire student communities, and empower teachers. You will oversee every aspect of the operation, from sustaining vibrancy to driving continuous improvement and growth.

You will hit sales metrics, manage budgets, ensure high-quality classes, and develop member recruitment and retention strategies. A 200 Hour RYS is a plus but not required.

They are responsible for overseeing every aspect of our luxury studio, from maintaining its vibrancy to driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include achieving sales metrics, managing budgets, ensuring high-quality classes, and developing strategies for member recruitment and retention. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way.

Qualified applicants should have prior team leadership experience, including training and providing feedback to team members, and leading sales strategies. Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to lead within the Ritual culture are essential. While a 200 Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus, it is not required.
