Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead our vibrant studio, inspire teachers, and drive growth. This role blends leadership with entrepreneurial drive, guiding daily operations, sales, budgeting, and member experience. You bring team leadership, training, and a passion for Ritual's culture.

A 200-Hour RYS is a plus but not required. We offer health insurance, PTO, sick time, 401(k) matching, and a continued education budget as part of a compensation package

Key responsibilities include achieving sales metrics, managing budgets, ensuring high-quality classes, and developing strategies for member recruitment and retention. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way.

Qualified applicants should have prior experience leading teams, including training and providing feedback, as well as executing effective sales strategies. Exceptional communication skills and a deep connection to Ritual's culture are essential. While a 200-Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus, it is not required.
