Job summary

Ritual Hot Yoga is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead our premium Chicago studios with vision and energy. You will drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional classes while nurturing a thriving community of students and teachers.

You will build strategies for member recruitment and retention, mentor the team, and uphold Ritual's culture. This role offers high autonomy and competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits.

This role requires not only strong leadership but also an entrepreneurial mindset - every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales metrics, managing budgets, ensuring high-quality classes, and developing strategies for member recruitment and retention. These managerial roles focus on leading the studio towards sustained growth while celebrating each success along the way.

Qualified applicants should have prior experience leading teams, including training and providing feedback, as well as executing effective sales strategies. Exceptional communication skills and a deep connection to Ritual's culture are essential. While a 200-Hour RYS Teaching Certification is a plus, it is not required.
