Role Description

The Studio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, responsible for overseeing daily studio operations and ensuring a welcoming, well-organized environment for clients and team members. Core responsibilities include managing the class schedule, staffing, and studio resources, as well as handling client inquiries, memberships, and check-ins. The Studio Manager will drive sales by promoting studio packages, events, and retail items, and tracking key performance metrics. This role also involves coordinating marketing activities, supporting community engagement, maintaining studio cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating closely with instructors and ownership to uphold the studio’s brand and client experience.
