Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the Shipping and Receiving team, oversee mail and parcel operations, and align activities with film/TV production schedules. You will build SOPs, manage vendor relationships, and drive KPI performance in a fast-moving environment.

The role demands strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on delivering reliable, on-time service and cost-conscious logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisor or managerial role within a shipping and receiving environment.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience with USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx platforms.
• Strong communication with vendors and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and safety-compliant forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Shipping and Receiving team, implementing a strategic plan to optimize operations.
• Develop and implement SOPs to support logistics and service levels.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee receipt, sorting, and delivery of mail and packages within time frames.
• Coordinate messenger services and customer-facing logistics support.
• Produce daily/monthly reports and align workflows with production schedules.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and operational billing reconciliation.
