Netflix Studios Fort Monmouth is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day studio shipping, receiving, package tracking, and logistics operations at our East Coast flagship hub.

You will partner with production teams to ensure timely deliveries, manage carrier coordination, and maintain audit trails while adhering to safety standards; this full-time hourly role offers benefits and a market-based hourly range.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, mailroom, or logistics operations.
• Proficiency with major shipping systems (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) and digital package tracking applications.
• Forklift operation with safety protocols.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and express packages using internal tracking systems and carrier platforms.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments and coordinate local courier deliveries.
• Receive, sort, log, store, and distribute packages with signatures and audit trails.
• Align shipping workflows with production timetables and department heads.
• Serve as primary contact for couriers and carriers, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Assist with logging invoices, cross-referencing freight docs, and general clerical tasks.
• Operate mailroom equipment and forklifts following safety protocols.
• Log daily package counts and relevant KPIs.
