Gem Studio in Pittsburgh is seeking a Studio Manager to lead operations, guest experiences, and its vibrant jewelry studio. You’ll coach a team of Silversmiths, own scheduling, inventory, and revenue, and partner with HQ to ensure brand standards and customer delight.

This role blends hands-on leadership with financial stewardship, hospitality, and craftsmanship, fostering a warm, inclusive culture that invites guests to return and tell their stories.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality, or service-driven environments.
• Ability to manage performance and coach talent.
• Accountability for KPIs and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of studio performance - revenue, labor, scheduling, inventory, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
• Use data, trends, and KPIs to improve business weekly.
• Forecast needs, identify risks, and solve problems before they affect guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and operationally excellent studio.
• Hire, train, coach, and inspire a team of Silversmiths delivering exceptional experiences.
• Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and joy, with supportive leadership.
• Deliver ongoing feedback and grow internal talent.
