A luxury jewelry brand is seeking a Jewelry Studio Manager to oversee all studio operations in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role demands leadership over a large team of jewelers and ensures top-quality service and craftsmanship. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in a high-volume jewelry environment and a strong understanding of repair and design processes. This position is full-time and requires onsite presence with some travel for training or support.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in jewelry repair, design, or studio management within a luxury or high-volume environment.
Deep understanding of jewelry and watch repair processes, materials, and equipment.
Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development and operational excellence.
Strong understanding of the Geller Book and repair pricing strategy.
Experience evaluating bench test performance preferred.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of jewelers, designers, consultants, and watch technicians.
Manage and prioritize daily workflow for all repair and custom design jobs.
Ensure rigorous quality control of all work before client delivery.
Resolve escalated client service issues with professionalism.
Proactively identify and implement improvements in workflow and resource allocation.
