Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a Studio Team Lead to mentor and coach a team of STUDIO Coaches within our Phoenix clubs. You will schedule classes, ensure safety and quality, and align sessions with VASA's standards to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will lead by example, manage staffing, analyze participation trends, and balance business goals with member satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology OR NCCA-accredited certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 3+ years of experience teaching group fitness, small group training, or boutique fitness classes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of STUDIO Coaches.
• Deliver on-trend class schedules that maximize member attendance.
• Drive membership growth and retention through results-oriented classes.
• Meet and exceed monthly STUDIO sales goals and attendance targets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating studio environment.
