Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a STUDIO Team Lead to guide a team of STUDIO Coaches and ensure safe, effective, and engaging classes. You’ll lead by example in scheduling, staffing, and program quality, building a vibrant studio community.

The role emphasizes leadership in fitness, coaching, and member experience, with on-site work and ongoing training to grow the STUDIO team and member outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or an NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification or Group Fitness Certification.
• 3+ years of experience teaching group fitness, small group training, or boutique fitness classes.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Yoga credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of STUDIO Coaches.
• Build class schedules that are on-trend, effective, and convenient for members.
• Drive membership growth and retention by delivering consistent, results-oriented classes.
• Meet and exceed monthly STUDIO sales and attendance goals.
• Create a community within STUDIO that's supportive, energetic, and welcoming to all fitness levels.
