Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a STUDIO Team Lead to coach and mentor a team of STUDIO Coaches, ensuring safe, effective, and engaging sessions aligned with VASA's standards. You’ll manage scheduling, staffing, and program analysis to balance business goals with outstanding member experience.

You’ll recruit and develop your team, create on-trend class schedules, and drive membership growth while delivering high-quality, community-driven workouts across our in-house STUDIO spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, or an NCCA-accredited certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• 3+ years of experience teaching group fitness or boutique classes.
• Yoga credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of STUDIO Coaches.
• Build on-trend class schedules that are effective and convenient for members.
• Drive membership growth and retention through consistent, results-oriented classes.
• Meet and exceed monthly STUDIO sales and attendance goals.
• Create a welcoming, energetic community for all fitness levels.
• Maintain clean, safe, and motivating studio environments; provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
