Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide helpdesk and desktop support for internal employees. This contract role blends desktop support, helpdesk tasks, and light system administration with a strong emphasis on customer service.

You will handle first/second level support for workstations, laptops, and mobile devices, while documenting procedures and collaborating with business units to optimize IT services.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Windows and desktop hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and production software (Adobe, Maya, Zbrush, Visual Studio).
• Good communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Aufgaben

• Provide helpdesk-level support and coordinate diagnosis of technical requests.
• Resolve desktop, laptop, network services, and remote access issues; escalate where needed.
• Perform first and second level support for workstations and mobile devices; engage with business units.
• Create and follow IT support SOPs and customer service guidelines.
• Manage inventory, configure workstation builds, and provision user accounts; participate in on-call rotation.
