Job summary

OT Growth Partners seeks an Head Coach to lead the fitness team across Orangetheory Fitness studios. This role drives coaching excellence, member engagement, and business performance through recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, development, and retention of coaches while upholding brand standards.

The Head Coach partners with Studio Managers and regional leadership to align fitness operations with sales and retention objectives, ensuring data-driven decisions and consistency in the Orangetheory

Qualifications

1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
1+ year of group fitness coaching and/or personal training experience required.
Current Orangetheory Fitness-certified fitness certification and CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

Lead a minimum of 15 Orangetheory classes per week while delivering an exceptional member experience and modeling coaching standards.
Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to the coaching team to ensure consistent execution of fitness standards and company initiatives.
Conduct regular class observations and coaching conversations to provide feedback and development.
Assist with coach recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention efforts.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture that promotes engagement and growth.
Partner with Studio Managers and regional leadership to support studio goals and member retention.
