Job summary

Camarillo Fitness LLC is hiring a Head Coach for Orangetheory Fitness. You will lead the studio team, shape member experience, and drive engagement. You’ll coach, schedule staff, and uphold the OTF business model to deliver exceptional classes.

Strong leadership, coaching experience, and a passion for community are essential. This full-time role requires a high-energy presence and regular class participation to model the OTF experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved providers list.
• Must have current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment.
• 1-2 years of coaching in a boutique fitness studio required, Orangetheory preferred.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in the fitness industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, high-energy studio environment.
• Manage coaching staff schedule using the OTF business model.
• Hire, train, and educate new OTF coaches for success using the OTF business model.
• Develop and evaluate performance of OTF coaches.
• Ensure functionality, organization, and cleanliness of the training floor and studio areas.
• Manage class schedules and the MBO system.
• Meet KPI targets related to the fitness team.
• Maintain follow-up communication with members.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and participate in mandatory trainings.
• Handle member concerns professionally with a focus on resolution.
• Work 40 hours with 15-18 classes per week, including opening, mid-day, closing, weekends and events.
• Lead or assist Sales with tours and pricing options.
• Lead or assist marketing events to drive leads and support business development.
• Participate in at least two OTF classes per week in home studio.
• Other duties as assigned.
