Qualifications

• Successful completion of the OTFit Certification; minimum 6+ months as an OTF Fitness Coach.
• Current AED/CPR certificate and 10+ hours of continuing education units annually.
• Advanced understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.

Responsibilities

• Coach minimum of 14 Orangetheory classes per week.
• Manage class schedule and coach staffing.
• Conduct performance reviews and mentoring for coaches.
