Orangetheory Fitness in New Orleans seeks a dynamic Head Coach to lead and mentor the studio team, align with Studio goals, and uphold the Orangetheory standard of service. The Head Coach will own daily direction, customer service, and staff development to ensure a top-tier experience for every member.

The role emphasizes member engagement, in-studio marketing, scheduling, and revenue growth, while maintaining a positive studio culture and high energy across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• AED/CPR certification required.
• Functional knowledge of heart rate-based training.

Responsabilités

• Lead studio with positive, high-energy environment.
• Drive member engagement and in-studio marketing to grow referrals and events.
• Co-manage marketing and community outreach with Studio Manager.
• Build pre-bookings, attendance, retention, and monthly revenue goals.
• Assist sales with studio tours and pricing/promotions awareness.
• Manage fitness staff, recruitment, and performance against OTF standards.
• Oversee class and coach schedules, and maintain studio organization and safety.
