Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Cedar Park, Texas is seeking a General Manager to lead studio performance, growth, and people management. The General Manager will instruct an average of 8 classes per week and be in the studio for a minimum of 25 classes weekly, serving as a role model for all qualities of an exceptional instructor.

You will partner with leadership to manage operations, marketing, scheduling, hiring, and reporting on KPIs to drive client acquisition and retention.
