Job summary

Pilates Addiction is launching a flagship studio in the Bay Area and seeks a Studio Manager (Pre-Sale) to lead pre-opening sales and drive membership growth. You will own the sales process, develop grassroots outreach, and set the stage for a successful opening.

Post-opening, you will transition into studio leadership, manage operations, hire and train a team, and cultivate a supportive, high-performance culture focused on results and member experience.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, preferably fitness or boutique studios.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and closing deals.
• Ability to build community relationships and events.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive all membership growth initiatives from initial outreach through conversion.
• Execute a high-volume sales process, including 50+ outbound calls daily to warm leads.
• Generate leads through grassroots marketing, partnerships, events, and local activations.
• Build brand awareness and represent Pilates Addiction within the Bay Area community.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Track and manage leads through CRM systems with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Lead day-to-day operations and oversee a high-performing team.
• Recruit, hire, and train Sales Associates and Educators.
• Foster a culture of accountability, energy, inclusivity, and results.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences by building relationships and celebrating progress.
• Develop retention strategies, referral programs, and community events.
• Coach the team to meet sales goals and service standards.
