Staffing Fitness LLC is helping launch a new boutique fitness studio in Burlington, MA. We’re seeking a driven Pre-Sale Manager to generate buzz, build relationships, and convert leads into founding members ahead of the grand opening.

The role evolves into Studio Manager after launch, overseeing membership sales, operations, staffing, and community engagement. You’ll lead with energy, hit sales targets, manage CRM, and coach a growing team in a fast-paced, fitness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Outside sales, grassroots outreach, or membership-based fitness sales experience.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Leadership experience in health & fitness preferred.
• High hustle, reliability, and time management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Reliable transportation for pre-sale tabling and outreach.
• Passion for fitness and community.
• CPR certification desirable and obtainable within 3 months.
• Fitness certifications from a nationally accredited organization or related degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6+ tabling events per week to build the founding member base.
• Develop partnerships with 150+ local businesses to generate leads.
• Follow up with leads within 2–3 hours to accelerate conversions.
• Engage daily on social media to drive community excitement.
• Track leads, outreach, and conversions in CRM with accuracy.
• Create grassroots energy for a successful studio launch.
• Manage membership sales, retention, and writing KPIs post-launch.
• Oversee staffing schedules, payroll, and facility readiness.
• Coach staff on sales techniques and performance, conduct reviews.
• Lead marketing promotions and local CRM campaigns.
