Job summary

JETSET Pilates® in San Ramon is seeking a Studio Manager to lead pre-sale efforts and oversee studio operations ahead of the Fall 2026 opening. The role requires strong leadership in building membership, recruiting staff, managing financial performance, and engaging with the community.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience, proven sales success, and a hands-on approach to achieving targets. A salary range of $70,000 – $80,000 annually is offered, along with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or service-based business.
• Proven success in membership sales or revenue-driven roles.
• Experience with pre-sale or new studio openings strongly preferred.
• Strong communicator with leadership presence.
• CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute pre-sale strategy to build foundational membership.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard instructors and studio team members.
• Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling and payroll.
• Teach approximately 8 classes per week (or as needed).
• Manage expenses and operate within budget.
