Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore in Columbus, OH is seeking a STUDIO Fitting Specialist to engage every customer with world-class service and build lasting relationships. You will meet KPIs, drive sales per hour, and keep a fully booked schedule by proactively growing your client base.

You will execute club fittings with Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, maintain the STUDIO area, and stay current on promotions to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer and provide world-class service to build lasting relationships.
• Achieve KPIs including sales targets, sales per hour, and high booking percentage.
• Proactively grow business by attracting new clients and keeping a fully booked schedule.
• Maintain front-end operations and ensure the STUDIO area is visually appealing and functional.
• Maintain STUDIO equipment and supplies and ensure a brand-agnostic fitting process.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance across all departments.
• Assist with club fittings using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and related technology.
• Stay up-to-date on promotions and merchandising events to maintain strong store presence.
