Qualifications

• 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience.
• Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building highly preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to stand, lift up to 30 lb, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every customer to provide world-class service and build relationships.
• Achieve KPIs such as sales targets, sales per hour, and booking percentages.
• Assist with front-end operations and keep the STUDIO area visually appealing.
• Enter custom club orders and document specifications accurately.
• Perform proper fittings using PGA TOUR Superstore techniques and available tech.
