PGA TOUR Superstore in New York area is seeking a STUDIO Performance Specialist to blend golf instruction with professional club fitting. This hybrid role delivers tailored coaching, data-driven feedback, and world-class customer service to grow our STUDIO business.

You will conduct lessons and fittings using TrackMan, SAM PuttLab, and USchedule, maintain STUDIO visuals, and meet KPI targets while supporting front-end operations and promotions.

Qualifications

Stand for extended periods and move throughout the store.
Knowledge of TrackMan, SAM PuttLab, and USchedule.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
Excellent communication and customer education.
Fitting/instruction technology proficiency.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver world-class service and engage customers in the STUDIO.
Conduct lessons, clinics, and group events tailored to needs and goals.
Perform professional club fittings using certified techniques and data.
Educate customers on features, benefits, and performance across brands.
Maintain STUDIO areas, equipment, and displays to high standards.
Grow the STUDIO business through client outreach and promotions.
