StretchLab – Wall Township / Sea Girt is seeking a Studio Manager to drive top performance for the location, oversee memberships, operations and revenues. This role focuses on building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional client experiences within a membership-based model.

You will lead sales efforts, foster community partnerships, and ensure outstanding service while guiding growth and accountability across the studio.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and selling memberships in gyms/boutique fitness or wellness environments.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.

Responsibilities

• This is a full-time position with some evening and weekend availability.
• Drive exceptional sales and service across multiple revenue streams.
• Lead studio performance and KPI benchmarks at benchmarks set by the StretchLab brand.
• Build a strong brand and community by engaging with clients and community partners daily.
• Supervise staff, manage schedules, and maintain a positive team environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and ensure excellent client experience.

The Studio Manager will be responsible for driving top tier performance of the location, membership agreements, operations, membership retention and revenues.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• This is a full-time position - Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability


• The role will focus on driving exceptional sales and service with the ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams


• Responsible for driving top tier performance of studios benchmarked to the brand average of various KPI's

• Strong sales & leadership experience - Drive and retain membership sales


• Supervise Sales Representatives and manage staff schedule with a positive attitude and affinity to help others achieve goals


• Clear oral and written communication - Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email


• Collect out-standing dues


• Enforce studio policies and procedures related to studio operations


• Lead generation including some Grass Roots Marketing and networking


• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment


• Become proficient with ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities


• Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions


• Support Owner in team and business development


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio


• Other duties as assigned
