Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and sales experience in boutique fitness, premium hospitality, luxury retail, or sales-driven wellness environments (e.g., medical spas, high-end clinics).
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and coordinate a team.
• Excellent communication, presence, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and lead generation; schedule prospects into demos; close membership sales.
• Oversee marketing initiatives; build partnerships and local events.
• Create, curate, and respond to social content; manage brand voice.
