Club Pilates Granger seeks a high-energy General Manager to lead studio operations, drive sales, local marketing, and supervise instructors, reporting to the regional manager. Experience in boutique fitness or premium hospitality is valued; leadership talent from luxury environments is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and sales experience in boutique fitness or premium environments (e.g., luxury hospitality).
• Confident in generating personal sales, hitting membership targets, and training Sales Representatives to close deals.
• Able to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Familiarity with local community engagement tactics to grow brand awareness.
• Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal, writing, and grammar skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic sales processes to schedule prospects into Demo classes and close memberships.
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team on promotions and partner events.
• Create, curate, and schedule social content across platforms and engage with followers.
• Hire, onboard, train, and supervise studio staff and instructors; manage scheduling.
• Oversee studio operations, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures; use ClubReady for reports.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure retail products are displayed and stocked.
