Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors in Hillsboro, OR. You will lead sales efforts, drive membership growth and endeavor to prevent member attrition while training and managing Sales Associates in the studio.

The General Manager will use discretion to manage the studio and direct staff, reporting to the General Manager (and occasionally District Manager).

Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates.
• Ability to drive revenue: memberships, retail, private training enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via grassroots marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive and increase membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Ensure forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Adhere to all company policies, including at-will employment.
