Job summary

Studs is seeking a Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations in Austin. This non-managerial role requires maturity, ownership, and leadership by example to ensure a consistent customer and brand experience.

You will open/close the Studio, oversee floor leadership during shifts, and help execute visual merchandising, while upholding safety and service standards. 29 hours per week max, evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift-lead role with independent operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support floor leadership during peak periods and drive sales and service goals.
• Maintain safety, brand standards, and studio cleanliness.
