Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed accurately
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, supply restocks, and Studio upkeep
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results
• Acts as a floor leader during assigned shifts, helping structure the team to deliver sales and service goals
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations and Studio cleanliness
