Studs in Washington, DC seeks a Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations, open/close duties, and lead during shifts while ensuring a consistent Studs experience for customers.

The role emphasizes professionalism, ownership, and the ability to guide the team in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position requires availability including evenings and weekends, with a focus on safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun) is required.
• Full-Time employees must prioritize Studs as primary employment.
• Proven professionalism, reliability and sound judgment in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours) and lift/move at least 20 lbs.
• Able to handle chemicals safely and follow health, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Confident operating solo and taking ownership of floor leadership when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and completes opening/closing procedures.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as floor leader during shifts to meet sales and service goals.
• Upholds safety and brand standards, including piercing regulations and Studio cleanliness.
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers on the Studs experience.
• Escalates customer concerns as needed and ensures a warm, welcoming journey.
• Sets a professional example and reinforces company values.
• Provides real-time feedback and supports teammates as needed.
