Job summary

BODYROK Tampa Bay seeks a Studio Manager to lead our Mt. Juliet studio operations and help launch a brand-new location with a focus on delivering a premium client experience.

You will drive membership growth, coach Studio Advisors, and partner with the Area Operations Manager to build a high-energy, welcoming culture. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes initiative, problem-solving, and delivering BODYROK standards daily.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or operations leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to support sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable making decisions and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, hospitality, and creating exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure exceptional client experience and adherence to BODYROK standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment at all times.
• Manage studio inventory, place supply orders, and ensure retail displays are stocked.
• Coordinate vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, HVAC, and equipment servicing.
• Lead by example in sales conversations and client service while on Studio Advisor shifts.
